This incident has been resolved. Events (such as incoming clicks, impressions, and in-app events) received from about 00:30 UTC to 01:05 UTC were delayed in processing up by to 30 minutes. This delay includes determining attributions, generating reports, and sending callbacks to third-parties. Requests to the user attribution endpoint/LiveOps also would have timed out or have been extremely slow to respond during this time window.

We're investigating an event processing delay, including incoming clicks, impressions, and in-app events. Additionally, the user attribution endpoint is very slow to respond, effectively being down for most use cases.
