We experienced an outage to webhook, UI and API endpoints from October 7th from 17:56 UTC to 18:03 UTC. This issue impacted all multi-tenant cloud-hosted customers. Customers on dedicated cloud stacks were unaffected. We have found the cause and impact of this issue. A database table was experiencing an increase in locks which caused the endpoints to be unavailable. To prevent this issue in the future, we will be investigating the database usage patterns which caused the locking issues. Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue.
