Between 7:55Z and 8:20Z on September 24th, provider maintenance on underlying infrastructure unexpectedly caused 2 to 3 minute windows of 5xx responses to all requests for a number of single tenant cloud customers. To prevent this issue in the future, we will be reviewing our processes related to provider maintenance.
